Trainer was bang on on all aspects. It was a very good training and worth the six days. Would recommend the training to the rest of my peers too. This has been one of the best training we have attended so far. It clears your concepts of quality tools and techniques which can be used in day to day processes… It takes you out from traditional way of doing things to more standard and statistical way of doing things….

Good content, the trainer did a good job explaining the various BB concepts to us. Training delivery was well paced and trainer was mindful about our queries. The content of the course is well structured. The real life examples taken by the trainer during the course increase the interest in implementation of six sigma methodology. The Trainer knows his target audience well, addresses their queries with a smile, goes an extra mile to clear doubts. The best part of the training was the live examples shared by the instructor which helped us understand each and every concepts easily. The trainer made each and every individual trainee feel so comfortable during the training session. There were trainee from all possible work field. He Started from The basic of stats and took us through sequence so that we understand no matter which work domain we are from. The examples quoted during The training session were something that we could relate to and understand the process.
